Arcadia Environmental Wastewater Checklist

Once Arcadia Environmental has received the checklist  information below, we will conduct a desktop study of the property and perform a site visit to assess the soil and locate your effluent disposal options. 

To ensure accurate wastewater designs are produced, please confirm and provide the following. Items marked mandatory * will ensure a swift reply:

* Plan Number (SP/RP)

Name/s of homeowners, if known

Floorplan/s with overall dimensions - (for existing septic conversion designs, please state) 

* Site plans - a detailed site layout with relative scaling or dimensions of all proposed items: sheds, pools, driveways, granny flat, home based business etc (N.B. late additions may attract a redraw fee).

Development plans - if you have a disclosure plan detailing building envelope requirements, we’ll need that.

Landscape plans - If you know you are planning an orchard or veggie garden, please let us know. If you intend to disturb or fill any areas, that will impact your design, please tell us.

Livestock - if you are to keep any livestock in fenced off areas, please add that to the site plan.
